Not always, and we will tell you honestly. Before filing we weigh the evidence, the cost and the time; if settlement is better for you, we try that first.

It depends on the court and the type of matter, and it is not right to promise deadlines. What we do is give you a realistic forecast at the outset and update you at each stage.

In most cases, no. With a litigation power of attorney we can act on your behalf; you are only needed if the court summons you personally, and we would give you plenty of notice.
